The Guild Marches was built on shared values which included independence and freedom. All of the cities participating in the guild system that compose the federation of guild-cities that make up the Guild Marches are fully independent entities that participate in a larger system and reap the benefits. Guild society is a central focus in the upcoming Mistgate Campaign Setting and the Mistgate Companion: The Guild Marches books.
New Character Options!
Mistgate offers new character options that are compatible with the 2024 rules revision of Dungeons & Dragons, including:
- New lineages and character origin options! Choose from the droga, kit, nephari and others when creating your character. These new lineages should feel familiar but present novel options through the Lineage and Cultural Heritage system. Lineage and cultural features are completely customizable, allowing you to choose them from available origin feats when creating your character.
- Become inspired and take your game to the next level! With the 2024 rules revision, we saw a change in how inspiration (now Heroic Inspiration) works. This was a great change! Mistgate expands how you can use inspiration, join us on our Kickstarter adventure to find out how!
- New class archetypes and options! Every class in Dungeons & Dragons gets one or more new subclasses and many gain additional options within those classes. We have plans to add more classes, back the project and help us spread the word to unlock additional content for Mistgate!
Kickstarter Countdown
The countdown to the Mistgate Campaign Setting Kickstarter is on! We go live in November but you can join the adventure early by visiting the Mistgate Campaign Setting Kickstarter Pre-launch page and signing up to be notified when the crowdfunding campaign goes live.
